LINDOR: |Me-time moments that are all yours

Yet another busy day without much time for you? Does everything else – work, partner, children, friends etc. – seem to take priority?

It will come as little surprise then that modern women have on average just 60 minutes of Me-time everyday. And what’s more over a third of us feel guilty having even that. The result is that we’re not using this important time out to relax properly.

Psychologist Malcolm Hatfield explains: “There are a number of reasons why it’s good for a woman to take care of herself but the biggest factor is that it increases resilience. Taking time out aids our natural ability to self-renew and cope with the stresses and strains of everyday life. Me-time instantly makes life more meaningful and gratifying.”
