50ml milk |

Seeds of 1 vanilla pod |

250g quark |

2 egg whites |

A pinch of salt |

50g sugar |

150g semi beaten whipped cream |

200g frozen raspberries |

2 leaves of gelatine |

Approx 500g fresh raspberries |
